Quilting
I don't get to make quilts very often because 1. I don't have enough money running around and 2. I don't need any more quilts. So my future mother in law has given me some red white and blue fabric she has. The pattern is pretty simple but it'll serve it's purpose. And none of those dreadful triangles to deal with! When I'm done piecing it together I'm going to give it back to her and she'll quilt it. After that it'll be sent off to a hospital and given to a wounded soldier.

Keeping it simple is best. Then you can use something as beautiful as this quilt with more and more things-- like furniture and other fun stuff in rooms.
It looks wonderful so far-- have fun with finishing it off!
I simply can't find the time to quilt, I have way too much fabric waiting to be assembled!
